Refund & Return Policy

At Sania's Wardrobe we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't quite right, here's how we'll make it work.

7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days from the day you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Return Conditions

Items are only eligible for return if they are:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of stains or odours
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by your order receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and authenticity reasons, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Undergarments, swimwear, and intimate apparel
  • Customized or made-to-order pieces
  • Sale items (eligible for exchange only)

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at +92 332 3772263 or via our contact page with your order number and reason.
  2. We will confirm the return and share the return address.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable courier. Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you want a different size or colour, we'll do our best to swap it — subject to availability. Exchange shipping charges may apply.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected (usually within 3 business days), we'll process your refund:

  • Bank transfer / card payments: Refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery: Refunded via bank transfer to an account you nominate, or as store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund including shipping.
